द्रोण जनता से इन्टरनेट के माध्यम से भी जुड़े

कानपुर, 21 जून 2012: भाजपा के महापौर प्रत्याशी पूर्व सांसद जगतवीर सिंह द्रोण के जन संपर्क ने शहर में जोर पकड़ा हुआ है. लेकिन द्रोण अपनी जनता से सिर्फ घर-घर जाकर ही नहीं मिल रहे, द्रोण लोगों से उनके कम्प्यूटर्स पर भी मिल रहें हैं. सोशल नेटवर्किंग के ज़माने में द्रोण फेसबुक एवं ब्लोग्स द्वारा भी जनता से जुड़े हुए हैं. उनके फेसबुक पेज पर काफी लोग द्रोण के चुनाव और चुनाव से सम्बंधित गतिविधियों की खबर रख रहें हैं. उनके पेज पर द्रोण के रोज़ हो रहे जन संपर्क की जानकारी उपलब्ध है और साथ ही तस्वीरें भी. जैसे ही द्रोण के चुनाव में कोई नयी बात होती है, उनका पेज भी अपडेट कर दिया जाता है. मतलब, इन्टरनेट पर द्रोण के पल पल की खबर उनको follow करने वाले लोगों तक पहुंचाई जा रही है. यह युवा वोटरों को भी ध्यान में रख कर किया गया है. आज कल अधिकतर सभी युवा दिन में कुछ समय इन्टरनेट पर अवश्य बिताते हैं और द्रोण अपनी सभी वोटरों तक पहुंचना चाहते हैं.

दुःख होता है जब भारत में औरंगजेब रोड देखता हूँ, दुःख होता है जब मुगलों के धर्म निरपेक्षता के किस्से सुनता हूँ, दुःख होता है जब इतिहासकार यह बताने से कतरा जाते हैं की मुल्लो ने कैसे अधार्मिक और अनैतिक इंसानियत को देहला देने वाले काण्ड करे! हास्यप्रद लगता है जब जब हमारे इतिहासकार मुगलों की प्रशंसा के पुल बांध देते हैं इस हद्द तक की वह झूठ बोलने लगते हैं! अकबर ने एक हिन्दू लड़की से शादी की सिर्फ इसलिए उसें धर्म निरपेक्ष दिखाया जाता है परन्तु कोई यह नहीं बताता की चित्तोड़ पर विजय प्राप्त करने के बाद अकबर ने एक बड़ा नरसंहार करवाया था जिसमे ३०,००० हिन्दुओं को मौत के घाट उतार दिया था! यह कोई इतिहासकार क्यों नहीं बताता? क्यों नहीं बताया जाता कि मुल्ले अधिकतर युद्ध धोखाधड़ी करके ही जीते थे!

New Delhi:  With less than 48 hours to go before the Lokpal debate starts in Parliament, the gloves are off between Team Anna and the Congress. Senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh today launched yet another attack on anti-corruption crusader Anna Hazare over his alleged links to the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).

Pointing to a report published on the front page of a prominent Hindi daily, Mr Singh said that Mr Hazare had worked as a secretary with RSS leader Nanaji Deshmukh and had trained in Gonda in 1983. 

"And he denied any association with RSS! Now whom do we believe Facts with Picture and the claim of RSS or Anna? I am again proved right"
Team Anna was quick to retaliate. Mr Hazare's close aide Kiran Bedi tweeted a picture of Digvijaya Singh sharing a dais with Mr Deshmukh and questioned his RSS links. "Does sharing of the dais make one each other's agent? Next time should one sit alone? When two persons share a dais do they become each other's agents?" she tweeted.

However, Mr Singh was unrelenting in challenging Mr Hazare's campaign. "The thing is that Anna Hazare has worked with Nanaji Deshmukh in Gonda. I haven't. RSS has published a book on Anna Hazare. RSS hasn't published any book on Digvijaya till date, only slangs," he said. 

Mr Hazare himself refuted the allegations and said the charges being levelled against him were by the "supporters of corruption."

"The allegations prove that supporters of corruption in India have no valid issues left," the 74-year-old Gandhian said.

This is just the beginning of a week that promises friction and acrimony. Team Anna mounted the pressure on the government today, with an open letter to the Prime Minister and all MPs, pledging faith in Parliament, but asking for their version of the Lokpal Bill. "The year-long people's campaign against corruption has brought us to the very edge of legislation that can tackle it powerfully. Sensing the national mood, Parliament has also taken it upon itself to foster a significant debate on the issues within the Bill, and for this we thank our elected representatives. While we are on record with our displeasure over the current draft of the bill, we are also keen that the best possible law should now emerge from the debate in the people's Houses," the letter said. The stage is now set for the real showdown on December 27, when Parliament will debate the Lokpal Bill and Mr Hazare will fast in Mumbai. The government has been signalling that it will not be coerced by the septuagenarian's protests. However, the Gandhian is adamant that if a bill is passed which does not include his demands - the Central Bureau of Investigation's (CBI) administrative and financial control by the Lokpal; the lower bureaucracy under the Lokpal; and the Lokpal's power to initiate a probe on its own, without any complaint being made - he will go ahead with his jail bharo agitation from December 30.

"We will fight till the end, we are all committed to get a strong Lokpal Bill. If we get it in this session very good, if we don't we will fight for it," said Arvind Kejriwal, a close aide of Team Anna.

On the other front, the government's battle is inside Parliament. The BJP's stand on key elements matches Anna's Jan Lokpal Bill. What's worse is that the party says several elements like the Minority Quota and sections dealing with the appointment of Lokayuktas violate constitutional provisions and are unacceptable.  

"We will decide our strategy on the floor of the House. We want a strong Lokpal," said Venkaiah Naidu, BJP Leader. 

The Left, the BSP and many regional parties ruling different states are not on board either. In fact, supporting players like Lalu Yadav and Mulayam Singh Yadav are both anti-Anna and anti-Lokpal. This lack of consensus raises the odds against the Bill.

कांग्रेस महासचिव राहुल गांधी ने दो बड़ी बेजोड़ बातें कही हैं। ये बातें कोई अन्य कांग्रेसी भूलकर भी नहीं कह सकता। जो बातें माननीय राहुलजी ने कही हैं, अगर वे ही कोई साधारण कांग्रेसी बोल देता तो उसे पार्टी कान पकड़कर बाहर निकाल देती।
राहुल ने युवक कांग्रेस के हजारों नौजवानों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि आप में से कोई भी यहां ‘पैराशूट’ से नहीं उतरा है। याने आप में से कोई भी ऊपर से नहीं थोपा गया है। सब लाखों साधारण सदस्यों के बीच से चुनकर आए हैं। कुछ हद तक ये बात ठीक भी है, क्योंकि कांग्रेस के इतिहास में पहली बार युवक कांग्रेस के सदस्यों ने अपने प्रतिनिधियों को चुना है लेकिन ये चुनाव कैसे हुए होंगे, इसकी तुलना कांग्रेस पार्टी के आंतरिक चुनावों से की जा सकती है। फर्जी सदस्यता और फर्जी मतदान की जैसी गहन विशेषज्ञता के लिए कांग्रेस पार्टी विख्यात है, वैसी दुनिया की कोई पार्टी नहीं है। क्या राहुल गांधी ने इस परंपरा को तोड़ा है या उसे उच्चतर आयाम प्रदान किए हैं? जो भी केंद्रीय समिति उन्होंने बनाई है, क्या उसे भी किसी ने चुना है? या वह राहुलजी के ‘पैराशूट’ में ही लदकर सबके कंधे पर सवार हो गई है? क्या युवक कांग्रेस के पदाधिकारी भी साधारण सदस्यों द्वारा चुने जाएंगे? या ऊपर से थोप दिए जाएंगे?
स्वयं राहुल गांधी का क्या हाल है? उन्हें किसने चुना है? क्या वे अपनी योग्यता से कांग्रेस महासचिव बने हैं? उनकी जितनी योग्यता है, वैसे तो लाखों लोग कांग्रेस में हैं। क्या वे कभी कांग्रेस के सचिव बनने का सपना भी देख सकते हैं? इसमें शक नहीं कि राहुल गांधी चाहे ‘पैराशूट’ से उतरे हों लेकिन वे जमीन पर चलना सीखने की जबर्दस्त कोशिश कर रहे हैं। इसे मायावती चाहे नौटंकी कहे लेकिन यह कोशिश सराहनीय है। क्या ही अच्छा होता कि वे ‘पैराशूट’ की बात अपनी जबान पर ही नहीं लाते। बात तो बहुत अच्छी है लेकिन उनके मुंह से शोभा नहीं देती। अब क्या करें, इन मुए बुड्ढे कांग्रेसी नेताओं का, राहुलजी को ऐन भाषण के वक्त पता नहीं क्या-क्या पट्टी पढ़ा देते हैं। हर बात पलटकर उन पर ही गिर पड़ती है। ‘बूमेरेंग’ हो जाती है।
दूसरी बात उन्होंने बहुत ही खरी-खरी कह दी है। उनका कहना है कि सबसे ज्यादा भ्रष्टाचार राजनीति में है। उन्होंने यह नहीं बताया कि सबसे ज्यादा भ्रष्ट कौनसी पार्टी है और कौनसे नेता हैं? सबसे भ्रष्ट सरकार कौन-सी है? राजनीति अगर इतनी ही भ्रष्ट है तो उन्होंने इसी पर इतनी कृपा क्यों की है? उन्होंने इसे ही अपना धंधा क्यों बनाया ? क्या वे अपने आपको किसी अन्य धंधे के लायक नहीं पाते? उनके पिता पायलट ही बने रहते तो उनकी जान भी बचती और इज्जत भी बचती। उनका पद भी नहीं जाता। उन्हें अपने पिता से ही कुछ सबक सीखना चाहिए था। उन्होंने इतना तो जरूर सीखा कि वे सीधे प्रधानमंत्री की कुर्सी पर काबिज नहीं हुए लेकिन पिछले 8-10 साल में क्या उन्होंने भ्रष्टाचार मिटाने या घटाने की एक भी पहल की? इस देश में अपूर्व भ्रष्टाचार के लिए आखिर कौन जिम्मेदार है? क्या बड़ी कुर्सियों में धंसी हुई कठपुतलियॉं? नहीं ! उसकी सारी जिम्मेदारी उन लोगों पर है, जो इन कठपुतलियों को चला रहे हैं। कठपुतलियों का सरदार कठपुतलियों को भ्रष्ट कहे और इस बारे में करे कुछ नहीं तो उसे लोग क्या कहेंगे?
